AI tags appear across infrastructure, biotech, defense, and fintech, with hardware/deep tech prominent in semiconductors, batteries (EGI), and robotics (Lucid Bots). Mega-rounds cluster in data centers (Core Scientific), music platforms (Create Music Group), and space/aerospace (Intuitive Machines). Regional focus: US dominant, UK boosted by media (The Telegraph) and autonomy (Oxa), India in consumer/rural commerce.

Shifts emphasize data sovereignty, neuro/brain interfaces (Science Corp.), and sleep/energy tech (Eight Sleep), building on prior AI agentic/hardware pushes. Investor backing from Nvidia, Sequoia, and a16z persists in deep tech.

Last week saw steeper drops versus March 3's slight dip but capital surge (US 59 deals), Feb 24's rebound (61 US), Feb 17's low volume but extreme spike (36 US), and Feb 10's uptick (53 US)—all with AI saturation rising from ~40-50% in late 2025 to near-ubiquitous, US steady at ~40-60% share, but fewer outliers than Feb 17's space/AI giants or March 3's photonics/biotech. UK/India volumes consistent (10-14), Europe fragmented.

Conclusion: Declining volume amid AI/deep tech persistence signals investor selectivity for scalable infra; US hardware bets continue amid volatility.
